and myth dominate largly over logic and reason. The sad truth is that not only does the average personhave no respect for other beliefs. They also have no respect for themselves. People are all guilty of comforting themselves with god or the cosmos, I myself am guilty of it. This is a sensitive topic one thats personal and beutiful for each indivdual I find it humurous that Christians of all people can't understand that or turn the other cheek (a phrase from their
bible) to allow others to have their own thoughts. In either case life is to short to bogg yourself down in over zealous attemps to find the truth. I am here to live; I am a scientist and i believe the divine is the system of all things working in harmony. So, you see for me there is no heaven or hell just the beuatiful motions of the system here and in the
cosmos. You know before Christianity there was greek and eygiptain myths. The myths are pretty but have a passing phase. Science however is factual and infinite and for the christains who say how can you believe in evolution that somthing came from nothing and no one was around to collect data a billion years ago.. well isnt that just like believing in God? He in your beliefs made somthing from nothing before recorded time...also even if your an athesist, agnostic, jew, wiccan, christian, baptist, if you belive anything life after death or not then you have a faith and no one should disrespect or belittle your deepest beliefs within yourself. We are all animals guilty of greed and power so its understandable we bickerover things like this, but in my opinion no one has the right.
